Walter Talbot is the caretaker of the estate and husband to Martha Talbot and the father to Bobby Talbot. He has one grandchild. His wife has a cat.

Walter is an African-American man with cropped grey hair, moustache, and beard.
He wears a white collared button-down shirt, unbuttoned vest with a diamond pattern, and glasses in the right pocket. He also wears brown dress pants and brown loafers.
He is often seen leaning on a walking stick after restoring landmarks.
Personality[]
Walter is a kind man who took care of Clare and June when they were children, along with his wife Martha.
He enjoys working on and restoring the various landmarks on Orchid Island.
Background[]
Walter is the man responsible for fixing the Lighthouse and other Landmarks on Orchid Island.
He became engaged to Martha in early 1903. The game's new update (Volume 6 Chapter 11) indicates that the Talbots are celebrating their 30 year anniversary. It is possible that this then makes Volume 6 take place in the early 1930's.
