Story[]
June informs Evelyn about Ben Field's murder and her suspicions. June and Jack are interested in the files Evelyn kept from the time she worked for Avery Hayes. Evelyn wants to keep her distance from her past. Jack is disgusted when Evelyn reveals that it had been Vivian Hayes who had paid her off. Evelyn shows them a letter from Vivian, where she threatens Evelyn with destroying her life if she revealed the affair. When Evelyn worries about her daughter, Jack promises her to keep her out of it.
